The 49-year lease granted to Kiggundu underscores his pivotal role in this monumental development.

A mesmerizing 10-minute fireworks display at 7:00 PM set the celebratory tone, followed by a diverse array of sports and entertainment events. The stadium, nearly filled to its 35,000 capacity, buzzed with excitement as all 40 executive boxes sold out, showcasing the public’s immense support.

The night was packed with thrilling activities, starting with URA FC’s 3-0 victory over Kitara FC.
