Ms. Sarah Nagundi, a restaurant owner who witnessed her livelihood crumble, expressed her anguish at the staggering losses she had incurred. “I am devastated. My restaurant, which I had poured my heart and soul into, has been reduced to rubble. I estimate my losses to be around Shs10 million,” she lamented, her voice trembling with emotion.
